Stage 0 · Awareness Workshop

Wow Startup! The spark that starts everything.

Most students and young professionals have never been in a room where someone showed them, concretely and excitingly, what building a startup actually looks like. The Wow Startup! workshop changes that in four hours — high-energy, interactive, and designed to leave every participant asking: "Why haven't I started yet?"

Conducted at colleges, universities, corporate campuses, and community events across India — as a stand-alone workshop or the entry point into Ireu Think Startup.

  • What a startup is (and isn't)
  • How Indian founders built unicorns
  • Founder mindset vs employee mindset
  • Idea generation — live exercise
  • Validate an idea in 48 hours

Stage 1 & 2 · College Programs

From curiosity to a live startup. Seven months. At your college.

Both programs are delivered directly at partner colleges and universities. Students don't leave campus — Ireu brings the program, the mentors, and the ecosystem to them.

A Message from the Founder

"The world doesn't need more job seekers. It needs founders."

I founded my first IT company in 1996, when India had just 25 IT firms — then spent two decades as a VP at Barclays, JP Morgan, UBS, Deutsche Bank, ANZ and Citibank. I built Ireu School for Startups because the biggest problem in Indian startup education isn't a lack of ambition — it's a lack of structure. Every stage, from a 4-hour workshop to a 15-month incubated venture, is designed around one question: what does this founder need right now, to take the next step?

Begin Your Founder's Journey

Choose your stage. Start where you are.

We don't select on CGPA or board scores — we select on intent, ambition, and the willingness to build. The process starts with a conversation, not a form.

01

Choose your entry stage

Workshop → Think → Launch → Launchpad → Incubation → Accelerator. Pick where you are today.

02

Submit a short EOI

Your idea, your background, what you want to build. Two paragraphs is enough — we read every one.

03

30-minute conversation

Not an interview. We want to understand your thinking, not test your knowledge.

04

Offer & begin building
